In October 2020, at our annual developer conference SIGNAL, Twilio announced a new IoT Device Builder Platform: Twilio Microvisor. It leverages Arm® TrustZone® technology for Cortex®-M processors to offer unmatched IoT security, and provides powerful features such as remote debugging and fail-safe over-the-air (OTA) updates.
Twilio can now announce that the first supported microcontroller (MCU) is the brand new STM32U5, which STMicroelectronics® released to the market on February 25, 2021.
The Twilio IoT team is inviting product companies to participate in a private beta and to collaborate on exploring this new architecture. You will be able to gain early access to this new technology and provide valuable feedback that will influence our product roadmap.
